1、本报刊登国内外各类医药、卫生及医疗器械及同健康相关产品的工商业广告。凡在本报刊登药品、医陪器械广告者，必须持有我国政府有关行政管理部门批准生产及宣传的文件。
2、广告来稿截止期为出刊前六周，合同一经签定不可任意取消。否则由此产生的经济损失将由广告客户承担。
3、广告内容不符合国家的有关政策、法规时，本报有权向客户提出修改意见或不予刊登。本报编辑对刊出材料有删改权利。
4、本报为四开二十四版，可为客户刊出黑白与彩色广告。客户指定广告版位及跨版广告的广告费另议。新英格兰医学杂志文摘专版中插放的广告在本报广告报价的基础上加收10%。
5、广告来稿请制成胶片，彩色广告须附彩样。如客户有困难，本报可代为设计和制作，费用另收。
6、广告协议一经签定，请立即预付总款额的50%，其余款额在广告计划执行至一半前请付清。
7、广告文稿需编辑加工，费用另收。
8、广告刊出后，其原稿保存一年，过期销毁。

NOTES ON ADVERTISEMENT
ON CHINA MEDICAL TRIBUNE
1. This paper carries industrial/commercial advertisements on subjects relating
to pharmaceuticals, medical/health equipment for its domestic and foreign clients
which have documents indicating approval from higher authorities for its production
and promotion in China.
2. The deadline for the receipt of advertising
copy is 6 weeks in advance of its issue date. No cancellation is accepted after
the deadline and the client concerned shall be held responsible for all financial
losses incurred.
3. If the content of advertisement concerned appears
inappropriate for publication, this paper can suggest revising, or can refuse
publication.
4. Pages1,4,5,8,9,12,13 and 16 are for color ads, pages
2,3,6,7,10,11,14 and 15 are for B/W ads, Price of ad space for advertisements
on space on adjoining pages or on space designated by the client is subject to
discussion.
5. The B/W advertisement should be camera ready and in Chinese
language, whereas color ads shall be in separations, separations not supplied
will be charged extra.
6. 50% of total payment must be made in advance
and the remainder should be made immediately after receiving publication of the
advertisement, to CHINA MEDICAL TRIBUNE under the account number of 50180579,
Bank of China, Beijing China.
7. The advertisement copy shall be kept
for 6 months as of its last date of publication before being disposed.
